Refund policy

If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order then please email and we will do our best to rectify the problem for you as fast as we can.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hellokidsstudio.com. Please state your order number and reason for return in the email. 

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Digital Downloads
  • Personalized Learning Folders, Mats
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

The customer is responsible for all postage costs for a return and is advised to use a recorded or tracked service and obtain proof of postage. Only when we have received the items will the refund be issued via the original method of payment and this can take 3-4 working days to process. Postage costs will not be refunded. 

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been completed.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please send pictures of the damage to our contact email address and we'll resolve this as quickly as we can. You are required to do this within 14 days of delivery.
